I’m Laura Musgrave, a user experience researcher based in the Midlands, UK. I study how people interact with online technology. I help organisations develop effective digital design through an understanding of people’s needs and experiences.
In addition to my work in technology, I have experience in user research and participatory design for spaces and services.
Sharing Worlds, Sharing Cultures began from my interest in anthropology. A way to share notes, thoughts and photos on related topics. A place to start a conversation about people and places, human culture and behaviour.
My main interests are: applied anthropology in digital design and business, public engagement, and Japanese language and culture.
